Pros: The Yardi integration is the standout. Invoices come in, PredictAP codes them, and they land in Yardi PayScan ready for approval with no retyping. It picks up GL coding patterns quickly, including multi-line invoices with allocations across several properties and entities. It also handles American and Canadian invoices and tax items like Canadian HST and GST correctly, which is often a pain point. Implementation was fast and the support team knows what they are doing - they are real estate accounting experts.

Cons: A truly unusual invoice format will occasionally need a quick manual review, though the system learns from the correction and gets it right the next time.

Overall: We are a global institutional real estate firm with a many entities and invoices, and coding invoices can take up lots of time without the proper tools. PredictAP creates efficiency and consistency. Data on the invoices is captured and coded automatically, allocations are handled correctly, and everything syncs straight into Yardi. Month-end close is noticeably calmer. If you run AP on Yardi and deal with complicated coding or Canadian invoices, this is worth a serious look.

Pros: It is fast, handles coding and allocations instantly, super easy connection to Yardi and 30 days to full implementation.

Cons: New vendors or properties, unusual invoices, capital projects, and one-off expenses still require review but understandably so.

Overall: There is not another product out there that can do what PredictAP can do in the AP coding space. Coding is repetitive, rule-based and benefits greatly from Machine learning. The biggest value is and ROI implications is getting PM to stop performing data-entry and spend more time analyzing.
