    "Nonexistent customer support"

    Pros: Software is fairly user friendly. One star is probably generous due to it being dead in the water once you need support.

    Cons: Run as fast as you can. Several other good softwares out there with customer service.

    Overall: I’ve tried for literal weeks to get them my new credit card info. I know someone is working because they blocked all activity to my email. Great way to miss registrations/visits. Kinda defeats the purpose, no?
