    "Incredibly happy with the outcome"

    Pros: The AI sounds incredibly natural and human-like. Most callers have absolutely no idea they are speaking to an automated bot, which helps build instant trust and keeps our lead conversion high.

    Cons: It handles standard booking perfectly, so for the moment I don't have any complaints about it.

    Overall: We have been using Plumber Secretary for about 3 months now, and I am incredibly happy with the outcome. The AI receptionist sounds remarkably human and natural. In fact, many of our callers don't even notice that they are talking to a bot. It has seamlessly handled our incoming calls, saved us time, and given our customers a great first impression.
