Playbook Logix is registration and team management software for youth and adult sports organizations. Run a full season in one place: online signups, payments, rosters, schedules, attendance, waivers and parent communication.
Organizations build their own registration form, set fees, add-ons and promo codes, then share a signup link. Checkout freezes each family's total to that registration, so later price changes never alter an issued invoice. Card payments run through Stripe and settle directly into your own bank account rather than a pooled payout. Payment plans, deposits, sibling discounts, refunds and recorded cash or check payments are supported.
Also included: tournament brackets, volunteer and carpool signups, team message boards, live chat, email, SMS and push notifications, digital waivers, photo galleries, per-team staff permissions and a drag-and-drop team website builder.
