Overall: I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized charge of $30 USD made to my account today for a premium subscription that I never explicitly requested or intended to purchase.I contacted your support team, but I keep receiving the exact same automated response stating that a refund is not possible because I allegedly accepted the terms and conditions. These terms are hidden deep within the fine print. Nowhere during the process does it explicitly state that after a 7-day period, an automatic monthly subscription with a 12-month commitment would be triggered.This is a deceptive and misleading billing practice. I do not want, nor do I have any use for, a one-year subscription. I demand an immediate and full refund of the $30 USD charge and the cancellation of this unauthorized subscription.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed to file a formal dispute (chargeback) with my bank for unauthorized billing, and I will report this deceptive practice to consumer protection agencies, including the FTC.

Pros: I loved how Pixella resolved the issue within 48 hours and refunded my money! And I love the software

Cons: I was confused about the free trial period and was billed without my consent.

Overall: I had an issue with my trial membership getting charged accidentally, and was charged $44 after I thought I cancelled the trial.
I reached out to support and they got back to me and refunded the money and verified my year subscription for $0.99!
I’m so happy with Pixella and will recommend it to all y family and friends. I appreciate the rapid response and excellent support.

Cons: There isn't anything I did not like admittedly, they offer a straightforward service and it is excellent at what it aims to accomplish.

Overall: Not at all good experience.

Pros: I was really happy that my request for a refund was met with such prompt action and kind replies. It made me feel like there were humans in the world again.

Cons: I did not like how the introductory offer of $ 0.99 suddenly changed to $50.00 a month.

Overall: That this company accepted my request for a refund without argument and was efficient and pleasant about it, made all the difference, and should I require their services at that fee in the future, I will sign up.

Pros: Good website with good features but the trial end date was not clear and subscription cost taken day before it was due. The customer service team were very helpful and did reimburse the cost.

Pros: Responsive customer support. Issue rectified within 5 minutes. Good AI service overall, very accurate in creating what I explained and quite detailed.

Cons: I was charged 10 dollars without my consent- I noticed immediately, contacted customer service and was emailed back within 5 minutes saying I would be refunded within 14 days. Excellent if that happens, waiting to see currently. Cancelling subscription because of this.

Overall: 5/10 because of the 10 dollars being taken without my knowledge. Customer service was good. Would have continued to use if it wasn't for the unexpected charge.

Pros: I was notified that Pixella had taken money from my account as ongoing subscription charge which I did not want or need. Upon notifying them of this and requesting a full refund, within seconds, they did so without any argument. Such a relief.

Cons: Their prompt response when requesting for a refund as mentioned.
The task I required to complete with them was seamless and easy to perform.

Overall: Impressive and professional. I used their product just the once to fill an official form requiring specific dimension of an image.
It worked well.

Pros: The response I received was fast and courteous. My emails were answered promptly and with clarity on what was needed to sort out my query. (I only wanted to use the service once off )

Cons: I dont see any cons as I have only used the website this one time, and do not need it on an ongoing basis at this time.

Overall: It was good and assisted me with what I needed at the time. I only wanted to resize one photo for an application to an online opportunity which required the image to be of a specified size.

Pros: As for the product itself, there are a lot of things I really like:

Cons: PRICE for my usage is not ok, and sound a bit too much (the product worth but my usage dont :) )

Overall: I had a really positive experience with your support team. I was charged for a subscription, but after reaching out, the issue was resolved and refunded within minutes — which I truly appreciate.
The product itself is impressive and something I would genuinely love to use. The only reason I’m not continuing right now is that the pricing is a bit high for my current level of use, since I don’t need it on a daily basis.

Pros: The image that was created got it right in one. I didn't need to edit it at all. easy to use, especially for someone who has never used it before.

Cons: It was a bit hard to navigate 1st of all, so maybe a step by step instructions would help, but then again, this could be me as Ive never used a service like this before.

Pros: I bought a $0.99 one week access and made sure there was no other amount mentioned. A week later they debited me with $49.99 saying I signed up because the amount was hidden in the terms and conditions. This is theft, fraud, unethical, disgusting business practice and they should be fined. Of course they are refusing to refund me based on the fact that apparently I agreed to something I never saw, did not know about, did not see on my screen ANYWHERE and did not want or use. DISGUSTING

Pros: Yeast to enroll, but that’s is it to be honest. Most of features available on free video editors you have on your laptop or phone

Cons: While I had been paying for the subscription for several months, I was unable to access my account because I couldn’t figure out which email address I had originally used to sign up.

Once I finally regained access, I immediately canceled my subscription. During those months, I never used the service or consumed any tokens. Since the latest subscription charge had only been posted that same day, I asked if it could be refunded.

My refund request was denied. I understand that this is consistent with the Terms of Service and that subscription payments are technically non-refundable. However, many companies choose to issue refunds in situations like this, especially when there is clear evidence that the service was never used. While they were within their rights to refuse, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer consideration in this case.

Pros: Good image manipulation. The US$1.49 single image was good to test it out. I was able to remove colour from spectacles.

Cons: Hidden monthly subscription was charged that was not presented in the $1.49 payment. And they refused a refund on the ~US40 monthly subscription .

Overall: Misleading and deceptive billing practices on what was otherwise a great user experience. So disappointing, and refusing a refund was a breach of trust.

Pros: nothing. I only needed to use it for one font generating for a single project and then I never used it again I only got charged for it 80 Euros.

They say its a trial and then immediately switch to the 40 Euro monthly fee which is an insane subscription fee anyways and they keep talking like robots to you saying the same words and gaslighting you that you agreed to this and its non refundable.

Overall: They overcharge you without you knowing! They took 40 Euros monthly from my account and take forever to process the refunds and cancel your account and even though they say its cancelled they still took money.

Overall: Very disappointing experience with this platform. I only intended to try the free trial, and before I knew it, I was charged $40 USD for a subscription just a week later. I didn’t end up using the website at all—no downloads, no tools, nothing. As soon as I noticed the charge, I reached out to request a refund, but was told that subscriptions are non-refundable. That was frustrating, especially given that I hadn’t actually used the service. Overall, this felt misleading and left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I’d strongly suggest others be cautious about the trial and subscription terms.

Pros: None, I tried some graphic outputs for the logo and they were more or less difficult to use. As well as the type of output, just a simple image without sectors in not good quality.

But the service is not worth the money at all, so we'll cancel. When canceling, they offered a one-year extension for 0.99 Euros. At that time, I said to myself, "Good price, I'll give it another chance." So I "took advantage" of the offer and when the renewal date came, they charged me 35 Euros per month again. I complained. They claim that they don't have this offer registered in the system, but they admit the error and only refunded 1.49 Euros, the fee I paid for the trial. So it cost me 70 Euros and an absolutely unusable tool, since the outputs are not of good quality. I.

Overall: I don't recommend it at all. They are thieves and I will probably have to block the card so that they don't accidentally download another unauthorized fee.

Cons: the subscription process was clearly designed to be sneaky and catch people unaware. I paid the $1.50 for a 2 week trial, nothing on the page said they were going to automatically sign me up for a $50 subscription until it came out of my bank account. The terms were in very small print and you had to scroll way down to them. they refused a refund of course. When I tried to make a logo with hands it kept doing 6 fingers, the artwork was childish and unappealing. Do not use this scam website, it's all about catching people unawares on the expensive subscription.

Overall: Do Not trust them, refuse refunds even when I tried to cancel it the day I realised it was coming out. they charge for a trial which is. a red flag. I only used it once and thought the $1.50 trial fee was a scam, to get another $50 taken out of my bank was really disappointing

Pros: I was able to the basic things I wanted to do with images, and download what I needed on the £0.75 free trial

Cons: They have charged my card due to their less than transparent pricing, and now will not respond to any emails sent to the only contact address for them!

Overall: Feels like a scam. Pricing not transparent same with their terms. Incorrect charges on my CC and zero communication after around 10 emails
