About Pivot Desktop
Pivot Desktop is a Windows desktop workspace for analysts, researchers, and students to prepare, explore, visualize, and model tabular data. Users build editable, repeatable workflows by arranging data-cleaning, transformation, statistical-analysis, charting, and machine-learning steps in a visual pipeline, then save sessions or export results. Pivot opens CSV, Excel, Parquet, and JSON files and can connect to PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or SQLite. It includes interactive charts, statistical tests, regression and other models, plus a local AI assistant that turns natural-language requests into pipeline steps. Data and the AI assistant run on the user's machine. An optional Model Context Protocol server lets external agents build workflows programmatically.
