    "Incredible customer Service & Assistance"

    Pros: The ease of learning and implementing the PipelinePro platform is amazing. The "How To" videos are very helpful. The absolutely best part of all of it is the Office Hours" which are 1-hour meetings 3 times a week where you get a specialist to help you directly with any issues that you may have whether it is training and learning or a problem.

    For example, today Will one of the email specialists helped me in a 1 to 1 Zoom call and we worked with my hosting provider and he fixed an issue that was on the hosting provider's end!!! Amazing.

    Cons: Nothing. So far the product has exceeded our expectations

    Overall: A 9 /10 experience with the product and a 10/10 with the training and customer assistance. Highly recommended.

    Pros: Customer support was so nice and helpful! Will helped me with my issue and answered all of my questions for me. He was very professional and solved my problem for me.

    Cons: I honestly do not have any cons with this company because they are very affordable and customer support is so helpful and accommodating.

    Overall: Great experience with Will, my assigned customer support person! So nice and helpful! He answered all of my questions and was extremely professional. So thankful for the help!

    "Amazing Support with Email and Form Builder Issues"

    Pros: Easy form builder customisation and landing page creation.
    Fantastic support with a friendly team that is very knowledgable.
    Not many issues arise but when they do they are quickly resolved.

    Cons: I find the software a little difficult to find things, It can take some time for example: Looking for the privacy settings on the form builder.

    Overall: Very happy with PipelinePRO and pricing is very reasonable compared to others CRM companies in the market. Will be very happy to remain a customer.

    Pros: The support has been amazing! Waleed was professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout setting up of the email account / process. I challenged with Tech - and it can be overwhelming sometimes, but Waleed made the process simple and clear - and ever so patient! Thanks! I find the support in the system through the training and help library is great - and I can generally navigate my way. And if I get stuck I reach out - thanks to Pipeline Pro team, who are always friendly and responsive.

    Cons: The only challenge I have is timezones, but that is business is a Global World. Even when I was with Waleed in wee hours of the morning for both of us, he was professional and friendly.

    Overall: Overall - I highly recommend Pipeline Pro - I am a small business and it suits me to have all I need under one CRM - and as my business grows, I know that I have a CRM I can grow into.

    Pros: I love the basic product and it was just what I needed for managing my real estate leads. I already signed up as an affiliate because I see how helpful it can be and is a very low cost to get started. I have the marketing and have had to meet with Will a couple of times to help me with my email and domain set up. Having someone walk me through some of it was very helpful and I appreciated it greatly.

    Cons: There is so much in the members area that it is very hard to sort through it all to find the one thing that I might need.

    Overall: I am still learning, but overall my experience has been great and I am excited to get more of my marketing set up because I see the vast opportunity that this platform offers me.

    Cons: Somehow my site went to 404 and I was down for a bit, but Waleed helped me fix in in under 10 minutes on Zoom.

    Pros: The support is great! Will worked really hard with me to get my email set up and working properly. PipelinePro has all the tools I need integrated into one platform. I don't need a funnel app, a CRM, a phone service, or Zapier. It says me a lot of time and energy.

    Cons: the learning curve is steeper than I thought it would be, but there is a lot of help and support available.

    Overall: PipelinePro is a great platform. I highly recommend this to anyone with a business. It saves, time, money, and your sanity.

    Pros: The Funnel builder is perfect! I have used ClickFunnels in the past, and I can say with certainty that PipelinePRO is just as good or better for less money.

    Cons: The system is huge, so there is a learning curve, but the support provided has really helped me get through it.

    Overall: I am very pleased with the system and with all the help Will and Zainab has provided while my project is going on.

    Pros: * Easy to use interface
    * Incredible customer support
    * Tools like texting and calls that I can't find anywhere else

    Cons: Sometimes it's challenging to know when to use funnels and when to use workflows.

    Overall: I was a Kajabi user for years. I recently switched my own company to PipelinePro after working in it for clients for the past two years. There's so much more functionality for less cost (like $700 less per year). The availability for support is infinitely more with PipelinePro, and I've been incredibly happy with the help I've received when I ran into problems.

    Pros: I have used a number of CRM solutions. I find that PipelinePRO is simple to use, Andrew is always providing additional features, and runs regular training. The support team are fantastic, and even though we are on a very different time zone, the team a flexible and available.

    Cons: My ability to use the programme to the best - the team is helping me learn though and I am progressing well.

    Overall: Will Aghai has been so helpful getting my email sorted and integrated. Drew and Ahmer too are great guys, and very helpful. The fact that I have good relationships with the team shows how good the service is, I am not just a number. The programme is very powerful, and the ability to build funnels and also the AI marketing is amazing

    "Worst Support Team Buyer Beware"

    Pros: I liked the lifetime deal i found and the cost of it and there is where the liking stopped.

    Cons: I didn't like waiting for 18 hours to get my license for the product that says will be emailed when purchased.

    I did not like having to email support 3 times for this over 2 days.

    I also purchased their so called marketing automation and never even got that hooked up and now i am waiting for 2 days to get my money back from a ghost.

    Overall: Just use GHL and go with a company that will give you support and actually what you have paid for.

    This review is false. From our Member Services rep, Zainab T: "Upon thorough investigation, it has come to light that you submitted a ticket for the Lifetime License Activation on March 12th. I personally handled this matter and successfully resolved it in 2 hours. This is documented and time stamped. Additionally, you activated our Marketing Automation Suite and access was granted the same day. This is documented and time stamped." Each and every inquiry was handled professionally and timely. Not one thing took more than a few hours from the time of the ticket. 18 hours is not even remotely accurate. It's completely false. PipelinePRO offers world class support and training. Could you please clarify why you posted this false review if the team replied to each and every one of your inquires with a solution, within hours, and all of it is documented? Thanks.

    Pros: Will was very professional in helping set up my email. We were able to get the job done in about 15 minutes. It was a breeze!

    Cons: This isn't really a con. PipelinePRO is very powerful with so many options. It can be overwhelming. I just take one step at a time.

    Overall: PipelinePRO is a great system and very powerful with everything you need in one place. The video training is very useful. And, the Office Hours support they provide makes it easy to learn.

    Pros: The technical configuration for the email setup was a breeze. Waleed knew his stuff, the info I needed to enter into the system was even provided. Well planned fast and efficient!

    Cons: None so far. I purchased the additional Marketing system - looking forward to testing it soon.

    Overall: I've already had 3 calls - 2 setup/intro and I joined a live training session. Everything has been constructive.

    "Does it all and surprisingly well"

    Literally can do everything needed to run a small business or a big business.

    Cons: - My only con is I wish there was a number you can call if you have a customer support issue.
    That being said they do offer support through a ticket system, their office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday when you hop on a Zoom call and they help everyone on the call.

    They also have some support services that are extra to help deal with integration and emergencies. I have not used these.

    Overall: Overall I am thankful I found something to replace ClickFunnels (squeeze pages and funnels), WordPress (website), Infusionsoft (my CRM, email, shopping cart), PandaDoc, and schedule once (calendar) for a fraction of the cost.
    Recently I had a call with Waleed (Will) to help me get my email compliant with the new requirements. He went above and beyond to make sure I was compliant. David who runs the office hours has been extremely helpful.

We have a private chat forum in our members area, a help library with over 200 video tutorials, guided tour technology and 7 live trainings per week.     "Misleading at best"

    Pros: Interesting price entry. It was enticing to get in because of the side-by-side comparison to choose them over other funnel providers.

    Cons: In order for you to be effective, they put you through a battery of upsells that you thought you could be effective with the tool itself.

    Overall: You're not going to save with the way they have structured the tool. If you want something more simple, there are other products that provide a free baseline account. You can them upgrade as you go along.

    I didn't even manage to get to the tool itself because I was being brainwashed in trying to buy some upsells.

    There's no objectivity in what's being sold to you. These are rev share upsells.

    "Quick and Speedy!"

    Pros: The platform can do so much in one place and that's why I'm here! I love the phone number option! And the funnel making, and how I will get to see all of my analytic from everything. I'm excited to use the poll/survey funnel for social media. And Will did a great job of helping me with my email! He is very patient, calm and makes you feel at ease. And I could understand him very well. Will is awesome and very much appreciated!

    Cons: The zoom call isn't always clear. Although I love that there are training videos, I have a difficult time understanding the accent of the trainer at times so I don't always understand what they are talking about. If I could get a few more detailed videos of actually making a funnel with the steps of what I'd put in it would be wonderful! Visuals help me! I think some of the videos aren't current with the new things of the platform. I don't like that I have to spend a lot of money on the extra things.

    Overall: My experience with Will was great! He is so good at what he does! He's quick without being pushy or uptight. He communicates well about what he is doing, so you're not just sitting in silence wondering. I think the features of the platform are very good, but the ease of using it all can be overwhelming and complicating. I love the training videos, and how we are updated with all the new things that comes out. We aren't left to see it on our own. PipelinePRO is very innovating to every business. I'm excited to get it up and going like a fine oiled machine!

    "Best move ever!"

    Pros: I love that I can get help when I need it - when your systems are all separate and something goes wrong it's a slog to figure out where the problem is but the support team can always help at PipelinePro because it's all one system.
    I love having everything in one place.
    I love how well everything integrates together.
    The team is great about keeping us up to date on new regulations that may affect use like new Google rules and such.

    Cons: It can be a little overwhelming, especially if you are not a daily or weekly user. As a previously seasonal business I found it hard to get back into when my season came around but now that I'm using it daily it's truly fantastic.
    Support calls are only available during business hours in the Americas. For people in Asia this means getting up at 3 am to get to call from time to time if you need support.

    Overall: Great! It was a bit of a learning curve but the information is all available in the members area and if you're having trouble you can get help relatively quickly.
