"Pretty good, but lacking some things that make it great." Posted 2021-08-18
Pros: PhoneBurner is a pretty good predictive and auto dialer. It has a great number of features and integrations, and even functions as a good CRM if you need it to to book appointments and such. Once you get the hang of finding everything, all the settings are easy to edit and change.
Cons: It's hard to navigate to settings from most pages. They need a drop-down menu of all settings on every page.
Overall: It does what I need it to do. The staff on support aren't as knowledgeable as I'd like them to be, but that may be because they're outsourcing support.
