    Pros: I appreciate the modern and well-designed user interface of the platform, which makes it easy to navigate and use the different functionalities. I also like that Personio offers a robust and documented API that allows me to integrate it with other internal tools and systems in my company, which has further improved our HR management efficiency.

    Cons: Some advanced features, such as workflow automation, are available only on higher pricing plans.
    The initial learning curve to understand all the available features and customizations can be steep.

    Overall: The platform has allowed us to easily manage candidate profiles, monitor recruitment processes, and collaborate in real time with members of the human resources team. In addition, the candidate search function is powerful and has helped us find talent more efficiently.

    Pros: I love how comprehensive the tool its. It's easy to use, loads of add ons and caters for everything from payroll to the recruiting phase.
    The integrations makes it even more flexible, and the support and self service is great.

    Cons: When more than 2000 users it can be a little slow, although I've seen some great improvements here.

    Overall: Overall, I love it and would highly recommend it. I love the vision, not only for the product but how they aim for the overall sustainability from their foundation to being a green company. Solid value set!

    "Top HR Tool For SMEs"

    Pros: Thanks to Personio's intuitive user interface, things have become much easier for both managers and employees. The use of electronic signatures is a wonderful addition that helps speed up the whole process. The best aspect is that THE HR department is now able to change the employee information to better adapt it to the needs of the company. The reports that Personio creates are also of the highest quality, and it is very easy to get either standard or customized reports.

    Cons: Getting started with new software is associated with a certain learning curve. That's to be expected when there are so many features to figure out.

    Overall: The recruitment tool (ATS) is very satisfying, and we can analyze the entire hiring cycle very accurately.
