MyWorkMyDay is a mobile/web HR portal app made by ThinkSys, basically an all-in-one employee self-service tool. In simple terms, it's the app employees use to handle day-to-day HR stuff without going through paperwork or emailing HR.
What it actually lets you do, based on its app store listings:
1) It shows your employee profile and lets you check your attendance summary (including check-in/check-out times). You can view and download your monthly payroll slips, look up other employees' contact or profile info, and apply for or view leave requests online (with managers able to approve leaves, WFH, etc. right from the app). Some versions also let you place, view, or cancel lunch requests, and there's an exit/offboarding module for managing the resignation process within the app.
2) Essentially, it digitizes the routine HR-employee interactions, attendance, payroll, leave, employee directory, that would otherwise need a physical HR office visit or a string of emails.
