    Pros: Pento is a very functional platform within the company, it helps to generate all kinds of payroll payments in a matter of minutes, in addition, this platform will also help you manage the amount of fees paid to each employee, it will provide you with a fairly complete history of each of the payments made within the work period of a specific employee. The things I liked the most were:

    - Pento provides a fairly fluid and quite complete interface, which will help you manage each of the payroll payments that will be made for your employees, this interface is very easy to use and will adapt to your needs, in a period of one week you will correctly understand each of the sessions and you will be able to navigate the platform quite easily.

    - I love that there is no limit to the amount of payments you can make automatically for your employees, that means you can set up automated payments for your employees' bank accounts without any limit, it doesn't matter if you have 500 or 1000 employees, in the same way all payroll payments will be processed at the same time and in an automated manner.

    - Another thing that I love about this platform is that every time a payroll payment is made, the platform sends an invoice or a copy of the payment that was made to the employee, this invoice or payroll payment will be sent to the email associated email for each employee, so you have proof or a copy of what you were paid.

    - Another thing that I love about this platform is that it works in several currencies, payroll payments are made in the currency that you link to the platform, so this platform can be used in any country.

    Cons: Pento has been a great platform when it comes to completing payroll payments for our employees, however, there are also several negative things to mention about this platform, such as:

    - Pento does not have an online payment system, that means that you will not be able to use payment methods such as PayPal, currently there is no online payment method, you can only pay your employees' payroll through a bank account . In addition, it would be excellent if this platform allows you to pay in Cryptocurrencies, it would be a very interesting function and it would help to have several options to pay your employees.

    - The free trial plan of this platform is quite limited, it greatly limits the amount of payroll payments that you can make to your employees, this will mean that you will not be able to test the platform correctly, I think that this little test should be much more optimal and allow You can make delimited payments to your employees for a period of several days. The free trial needs to be optimized soon.

    Overall: Pento has been an optimal platform for the development of our company's payroll payments, it has worked very well within the two real estate sectors since we have more than 500 employees and this platform has helped us to pay the payroll in a timely manner, this The platform has an excellent integration with another time measurement service or software, which is capable of measuring work time and transferring all information to our Payroll system. I love the integration it has with my work hour time measurement system, this helps me measure the time each employee works and be able to make the corresponding payroll payment either weekly or monthly. I love the experience I've had with this platform, I've really felt great using it, it's also been very simple, I've quickly adapted to it and I've been able to correctly set up automated payments for each of my employees.
