Multiplier is a global employment platform that enables companies to hire, pay, and manage full-time employees and contractors across 160+ countries — through a single platform, without setting up a local legal entity. Multiplier operates as an Employer of Record (EOR). When a company hires through Multiplier, Multiplier becomes the legal employer in the target country, handling employment contracts, payroll processing, tax withholding, statutory benefits, and compliance with local labour law. The client company retains full management of the employee’s work and responsibilities. How it works The client identifies a candidate in a country where they have no legal entity. Multiplier drafts an employment contract compliant with local law, processes monthly payroll in local currency, withholds and files all required taxes and social contributions, and administers benefits — including statutory entitlements and supplemental health and pension packages.
