There is also no possibility of adding survey formats to the campaigns.

Good for handling types / collecting information from your website directly into the data you can put in front of the sales group. Most of the time when I set up a project on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, I enjoy the mindset of defining and neglecting, as I trust the system to keep my custom projects running, even without proactively taking notice of them. This makes lead nutrition much simpler, as well as much more uncomplicated.
Cons: I want better support to make use of the program. Whenever I can't find the points, it seems that I end up looking through the assistance reports 5 before finding an answer. I want to have a much better assistance to make use of the program. That said, the support team is very active, and if you're willing to spend time and energy digging up the best sources, you can probably find the answer you're looking for. Cons: Its services are good but not very cost-effective.
Overall: Easy to use and create campaigns. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement helps to create highly engaging campaigns. Its interface is decent not so user friendly. In my opinion, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is not very cost-effective for email marketing.

Pros: Great integration with Salesforce (of course), good options for automation, and great spend and return tracking on campaigns.
Cons: Some significant features missing compared to similar offerings (drag and drop email and landing pages). Pricey!
Overall: If you're a B2B marketer and you already use Salesforce, there's no better alternative. If you don't use Salesforce, look elsewhere (unless you're in the market for a new CRM).

Pros: We have tried lots of marketing tools nothing came in the level of our requirement except Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. It's a versatile, super automated and feature-rich email marketing platform. It's the best piece of software by salesforce with an integrated CRM.
Cons: Cons? Nothing to share, never experienced any.
Overall: I will rate this tool 10 out of 10 in every aspect of marketing needs. Also, recommends to everyone who searching for a well-developed email marketing tool. It's very effective.
