    Cons: Needs more customization features.
    Sometimes shipments update takes time to sync.

    Pros: I like using this on my phone to track shipments with customers and i can follow up after delivery.

    Cons: I wish there was a way to automate them more into it.

    Overall: It's great and worth it for use. I didn't like other ones and this one is easy to use and set up which i liked.
