Pros: Their billing is easier to reconcile than most of our previous accounts. They bill fees separately from transactions.
Cons: Nonprofit.
Promised 2.4% on credit cards (got 2.56%, which saves us $5/month from our previous rate).
Promised 1.89% ACH fees (got nearly 2%, which cost us hundreds per month)
They compared our rates and promised us $100-$200 in savings per month, and instead increased our rates that much. On top of that, their API goes down frequently and has ruined our automation system, so we have had a lot of stressful reconciliation months.
I would not recommend them to anyone. They don't disclose their fees anywhere on contracts and then surprise you later. Their customer services takes 2-3 days to respond, unless they can't answer your question then they just don't respond.Overall: Avoid them at all costs. It will only cost you more. Unfortunately, this business is not much a processing company and apparently do more in marketing. They don't market their own services well though, so I wouldn't trust them to do my marketing either.
