    "Gyve: a great product and an incredible support team"

    Pros: - Best customer service representatives who are reachable and willing to educate about their product

    - Easy to use platform

    - Easy to gather data on giving trends

    Cons: There are glitches or bugs that need to be worked out, but this also pretty normal with newer technology and maintenance of technology.

    Overall: Overall it has been a great experience with Gyve and the their team of representatives. We have always felt valued and that our donors feel valued because of the hard work of the Gyve team.

    Pros: It has cut my work load by 95% with Gyve online reports, the customer service and tech support is outstanding, follow-up is fantastic never waiting for a long response to question or issue we may have. They have worked very well with our client base on user error's, they have walked us thru teachable moments as we became more familiar with Gyve data base.

    Cons: Honestly I can't think of any, this has been a great move for us.

    Overall: This has been a great experience for us, we get what we need, when we need it, it's cut down on work load, leaves time for other items on our plates.
