Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Best customer service representatives who are reachable and willing to educate about their product - Easy to use platform - Easy to gather data on giving trends It has cut my work load by 95% with Gyve online reports, the customer service and tech support is outstanding, follow-up is fantastic never waiting for a long response to question or issue we may have. They have worked very well with our client base on user error's, they have walked us thru teachable moments as we became more familiar with Gyve data base. Cons There are glitches or bugs that need to be worked out, but this also pretty normal with newer technology and maintenance of technology. Honestly I can't think of any, this has been a great move for us.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. User friendly applications 2. Excellent telephone customer support 3.
