CollectivHR is a human resource management and workforce operations platform for HR teams, payroll administrators, managers and employees. It centralizes employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding and offboarding, with configurable workflows, approvals and role-based access. Employee self-service lets staff and managers submit requests, review records and access payslips through web and mobile. HR teams can manage policies and workflows across companies and locations, and use dashboards and audit logs to review activity. Payroll capabilities include applicable Indian statutory calculations and reporting for provident fund, ESI, professional tax, TDS and labour welfare fund. The platform supports cloud or on-premises deployment and is designed for organizations with distributed or multi-location workforces in sectors such as manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, hospitality, staffing, real estate and education.

WatheeqaHR is cloud-based employee-operations software for small and midsize businesses across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). It helps HR teams, business owners and payroll staff manage attendance, leave, employee documents and payroll preparation. Teams import biometric-device exports (ZKTeco, Hikvision and others) and review worked hours, lateness, overtime and missing punches; manage leave requests and balances; and prepare monthly salary records, advances and payment references for accountant review. Employees use a self-service portal to request leave, view payslips and check attendance. It tracks document expiry dates, exports attendance and salary reports, and offers a free no-signup attendance analyzer. End-of-service is calculated per each GCC country's labour law, with the article cited; review the contract before paying. UAE companies can generate a WPS Salary Information File for their own submission; WatheeqaHR does not submit it or transfer salaries.
