About PILOT
PILOT is an AI chief of staff for founders, CEOs and managing directors. It connects to Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail and calendar, Teams) and works through the user's email, calendar and recorded meetings.
Each morning it writes a brief: the decisions waiting on the user, risks and opportunities in email and meetings, the day's meetings, and one suggested priority. Incoming mail is sorted by the action it requires, with a two-line summary per email; a short typed or dictated instruction produces a reply draft, and mail needing no action is filed into Outlook folders. Before each meeting PILOT prepares a briefing with context, open items, talking points and background on the attendees. Afterwards the recording becomes a summary, decisions, to-dos and a follow-up draft. PILOT tracks who owes what in both directions and drafts a reminder when a contact goes quiet.
