PDF Pro 10

Pros: The use interphase is quite similar to that of Adobe Acrobat. Thus, it is quite easy to make the switch from Adobe. While Adobe has switched to annual subscriptions, a format despised by a majority of users, PDF Pro was reasonably priced and available in a perpetual license format.

Cons: Current PDF Pro is much pricier (perpetual format) than the previous versions, and the company is pushing monthly and annual plans.

Overall: Prefer PDF Pro due to its similarity in functionality to Adobe Acrobat, and availability in a perpetual license format.

Pros: My software was purchased many years ago but continues to perform flawlessly - wouldn't change it if they paid me!

Cons: Can't think of anything I'm not happy with and would change

Overall: Despite changing my pc several times over the years Annaletta from the support team got me going again - well done

Pros: The Help Desk is one of the best over all the years I've used them. Always helpful solving my problems.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, they always respond quickly.

Overall: Great program. Easy to use and the Help Desk is one of the best I've dealt with over the years. Never a hassle.

Pros: There is no advantage to this software.
The only thing it doesn’t without a fuss is to merge several PDF at once.
But even then…

Cons: To divide a PDF into several pages, you have to break it down manually!
Impossible to modify without breaking your entire layout.
When you save the merge PDF, it decide to save it according to the wind! Could be here or there.. so you end up with files everywhere. Even though you specified were you wanted them to be.
I ask customer service to contact me, thinking there might be ways, that aI just don’t know about… nothing !! NO SUPPORT

Overall: I do not recommend this product. I have to buy a different one for regular work flow.
Total waste of money and do not agree to reimburse me.
Waste of time and money! DO NOT BUY!

Pros: I can't say anything good about the software. I purchased the software, I haven't used it in quite some time, but now that I want to use it they do not support it any longer. Keep pestering me to upgrade and pay more but I don't need an upgrade, I only need to use what I got in the first place.

Cons: They wouldn't support me after buying their software.

Overall: Bad experience with the company as they do not support their software and only want more money for upgrades.

Pros: I was delighted to discover a great level of support from PDF pro. In particular Annalissa was most helpful in reinstalling the software after a change of hard disk drive.

Cons: All good … what more can I say to get to fifty characters … almost there!

Overall: A recommended supplier! Support provided was excellent … many suppliers like to sell a product and then move on.

Pros: I have always found the support from the PDF PRO 10 team outstanding. I wish I could say the name of the lady i always deal with but I suppose I am not allowed to. She is always very efficient in solving my problems and I am really grateful for the help and support she has given to me. I can thoroughly recommend PDF PRO 10 and the support team.

Cons: none. I haven't found any cons to report. Everything has been positive.

Overall: Excellent experience. Far greater than most teams I deal with who don't seem to care about customer support. PDF PRO 10 really care for you as a customer.

Pros: It is the easiest and best PDF editor that I have ever used.
It's features are nicely set out and has the easiest interface to use.
PDF Pro 10, provides you with all the tools that you will need to produce a professional PDF document.

Cons: It used to have lots of bugs, but now that the bugs have been fixed.
It's great.

Overall: It has a very easy to use interface and creates prefect PDFs.
I have used lots of PDF editors in my time and have found that they were not as good as PDF Pro 10.

Pros: I am using the new PDF Pro10 and have loved being able to add invoices to statements for easy filing.

Cons: Maybe I am not familiar enough with this new version, but it is nowhere near as easy to use as the old one. At the moment it won't let me add multiple pages at once, the save features are different and it just seems a lot clunkier to use. I am really disappointed that it is not like it used to be.

Overall: While I loved the original product, it was supposed to be a one off payment for the programme. Now I can't run my old PDF Pro 10 (my laptop fried, so had to buy a new one and I couldn't transfer the licence) and so was told by admin I would have to pay more money for the new version. I assumed the new version would be better, but at this stage, that would be incorrect and so I am very disappointed at this point.

Pros: The person I Dealt with - Annalissa Was very helpful and helped me quickly and efficiently dealing with the aftermath of my computer exploding after being flooded, including finding my previous orders and links and getting them restablished on a new computer.

Cons: I have no cons.

Overall: Very Good experience.

Pros: Does everything that Adobe Acrobat does.
Works flawlessly.
Have never had an issue with this software.

Cons: I have yet to run into any problems doing the tasks I have done with PDF Pro 10. Excellent program and easy to work with!

Overall: I have been using PDF Pro for a few years, a great alternative to the expensive Adobe product. I had one problem with it a year or so ago, but submitting a ticket gave me very quick reply which was spot on and solved my problem. You will not be sorry if you get this software, guaranteed!

Cons: Could not work out how to make a contents page from book marks.
Difficulty with reinstalling after machine adjustment or hardware change.

Overall: High quality experience. Easy to use, cost effective tool for PDF manipulation. If it could be easily reinstalled after machine change and there was a way to do a contents page then would score 5.

Pros: I love pdf pro because it is so easy to work with. Also, their support is the best. Numerous times I couldn't load it and sent them email. As soon as I sent the email I got a reply back. Thanks for PDF Pro 10, your support and everything else.

Pros: I have had great success with this program. It is functional and easy to use. Improvements over the years have been great.

Cons: Editing can be trying at times but this may be because of the original creation and not PDF Pro.

Overall: The program is easy to use and work with PDFs. I have found this to be a great alternative to other programs. Great program and value!

Pros: For printing and saving documents and texts as a PDF, there is no better product than PDF PRO 10. It is by far the best product available and I recommend it highly.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing to dislike about PDF Pro.

Overall: I wish that every software product was as good as PDF PRO. This software makes life so much easier.

Pros: The older version of this software was much more user friendly. However, they have stopped supporting the older version. What is worse, they do not provide the new version update for free! They charge you an additional fee and force you to switch to the newer version!

Cons: We spent hundreds dollars in the past years to purchase license keys form them. They suddenly decided to quit our keys and access without any solution!

Overall: Not a responsible and reliable software and company. The New version of PDF pro 10 is awful with editing function!! Suggest to avoid buying this product from them.

Cons: It took 2 emails to get a response to my request. This company is hard to work with. The website is bare bones and not very user friendly. I bought the software for over $200 and didn’t install. When I requested a prorated refund, they denied it. So I lost $200+ . I do not recommend using this software or company.

Overall: DON’T USE! RUN!!

Pros: Help is readily available when needed. I have ran into some problems with this product and each and every time the support team responded and offered solutions for it.

Cons: None. I can nit think of anything that I could bring up as a disappointment with this product and its support team.

Overall: Very good. I use this product quite seldom, maybe once a month, however, when I need to use it works well.

Pros: PDF Pro 10 provides full functionality that I use to annotate and export documents which facilitates learning. I use it all the time and love it.

Cons: I have not found anything that I would change in functionality or service.

Overall: I use PDF Pro 10 for online courses and it helps me focus on key information. Besides just a a great product, they provide quick, exceptional service that I have used twice.
