About Outsolvi
Outsolvi is a web-based email tracking and follow-up application for sales teams, founders, recruiters, and agencies using Outlook or Gmail. It records opens and link clicks, labeling activity as likely human, Apple Mail privacy prefetch, scanner, or other automated events so users can distinguish person activity from machine activity. A dashboard displays engagement timelines, click details, and hot-lead flags. Users can schedule email follow-ups that stop when a reply is detected, apply reply labels, and draft follow-up text with AI for review. Outlook support includes a Windows desktop add-in and web add-in for Outlook on the web and new Outlook; Gmail tracking uses a Chrome extension. An optional LinkedIn add-on can place profile views, connection requests, and messages in the same sequence as email steps. Individual and team subscriptions are available, and a 14-day free trial is offered.
