"Nigeria real estate software management" Posted 2025-12-02
Pros: I like Our Property NG because it makes property and estate management far easier, more organized, and more transparent. Landlords and agents appreciate the automated rent billing, reminders, and payment tracking, which reduce late payments and disputes. Property managers value having all tenant records, leases, documents, and financial reports in one place, making it easier to manage many units. Estate managers especially praise the maintenance-request system and visitor/vehicle QR-code management, which improve security and communication in gated communities. Tenants also benefit from clearer communication, digital receipts, and faster response to maintenance. Overall, users like that it saves time, increases professionalism, supports branding for agencies, and scales smoothly from small landlords to large estates.
Cons: My complaints about Our Property NG generally revolve around practical challenges rather than the software’s core features. Because it is fully cloud-based, i struggle with poor internet, unreliable electricity, and low digital literacy, which can make consistent use difficult. Some tenants and older landlords resist switching from traditional methods like cash payments and manual records. Others worry about data privacy and security, while small landlords sometimes feel that advanced features may become costly or unnecessary for very small property portfolios.
Overall: Overall, what i dislike is mostly tied to infrastructure, training, and adoption barriers not the functionality of the software itself.
