OtoparkPro is car park management software that runs the whole site from a phone or tablet. A vehicle enters by pointing the camera at the licence plate: the plate is read on the device, the record opens and the timer starts, so the entrance does not wait for typing. On exit the fee is calculated from your own tiered tariff, with free periods, daily caps and night rates. Capacity is visible at a glance and subscribers are tracked with start and end dates. Cash, card and account payments are recorded, expenses sit next to income, and the end-of-day till closes on one screen. Valet is built in: the customer sends a "Bring my car" request from the QR page, one attendant claims each job, the spot is noted on the record and the valet fee is a separate line at exit. Several branches run from one account with role-based permissions. It works offline first and syncs to the cloud, so a dropped connection never stops the entrance. Available in 27 languages, with a browser version included.
