WashPro is car wash, detailing and mobile wash management software. A job starts by photographing the plate: it is read on the device and the price comes from your own tariff. On iPhone and iPad, AI vehicle recognition fills in the plate, make, model and colour from one photo. Customers follow their car by QR code, with an Apple Wallet pass or browser notifications - no app to install. No per-seat fees: live queue board for a tablet or TV, appointments, customer and vehicle history, contract customers, loyalty campaigns, per-staff commission, receivables, stock and end-of-day cash. Mobile teams plan the day as a route and talk by push-to-talk. Otto, an AI assistant, answers questions from your own records. Every business also gets a free website built from the app, with prices, hours, the live queue and booking requests, found on Google. Offline first. Detailing jobs take longer and cost more than a wash, so the record has to carry more. WashPro opens the job from the licence plate, read by the phone camera on the device, and keeps before and after photos against it with a retention period you set. The service catalogue and pricing follow the vehicle class, the estimated handover time learns from how long your jobs actually take, and staff commission is set per staff member. Mobile detailers get the day as a route rather than a list: each stop carries its arrival and departure time with the drive minutes and kilometres, a shorter order is suggested with the minutes it saves, and opening the directions tells the customer the team is on the way. Breaks, pinned times and a chosen departure point are part of the plan. Payment is taken at the vehicle - cash, card, a payment link or a QR code - and the day closes with income, expenses and the cash/card split. Works offline, 27 languages.
Car Wash Management
WashPro runs a car wash from the phone already in the attendant's pocket. Pointing the camera at a licence plate opens the job; the plate is read on the device, with no ANPR camera, barrier or on-site server.
