A job starts by photographing the plate: it is read on the device, the record opens and the price comes from your own tariff. The customer scans a QR code once and adds a pass to Apple Wallet or allows browser notifications; when the car is ready the news reaches them on its own - no app to install, no message fees. One subscription, no per-seat fees: live queue board for a tablet or TV, appointments, customer and vehicle history, contract customers, loyalty campaigns and service rewards, staff commissions, receivables with ageing, stock, expenses and end-of-day cash reports. Offline first: a dropped connection never stops the wash. Take card payments at handover: show the customer a QR code or send a payment link, and the job is handed over automatically the moment the payment lands.
