    Pros: Great Support!
    Configurable and versatile for our organization. Cloud based system that has <.2% downtime. Mobile Data Terminals with ORNA are hands down the best I experienced!

    Cons: I have found no issues using the software that were not immediately addressed by the support team.

    Overall: Over 1 year using ORNA and just hit 156353 CAD events! Love the mobile tracking feature and driving directions are very impressive.
