    "Great Order Processing product"

    Pros: Online capabilities, easy integration to Xero, great way to connect from online products through to customer orders. The ability to book freight and check on best freight options is also a plus. We can track our jobs through the production schedule all the way to delivery and invoicing.

    Cons: There are some technical challenges from time to time and seems to be a lot of maintenance downtime. Although they have improved the communication on the maintenance downtime schedules.

    Overall: We really love this product. We love the flexibility it offers us for customizing many features which are essential to our business model. The support team has really tried to extend themselves to make sure we had a product that was suitable to our needs.
