Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Online capabilities, easy integration to Xero, great way to connect from online products through to customer orders. The ability to book freight and check on best freight options is also a plus. We can track our jobs through the production schedule all the way to delivery and invoicing. Cons There are some technical challenges from time to time and seems to be a lot of maintenance downtime. Although they have improved the communication on the maintenance downtime schedules.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed. The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it. I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional. TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc. Very user friendly. I am not great with computers but even I can manage this. Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything. Cons None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers. We don't have any. Everything always works as it should. I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company. I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO. Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.
