Pros: It has all modules to automate complete HR functions i.e. LMS, Talent Management, People Management, Compensation, Payroll Management, Tracking Time, PTOs, Performance Management and Career Development.

Cons: Faced certain issues in maintaining Indian Payroll but through tweaks, you can make it work.

Overall: Very great product for HR and covers all major aspects starting from Onboarding to Exit. A complete HRMS suite.

Pros: Quite an easy and simple tool to use. Learning curve is minimal, because of which helped to onboard team members without any resistance.

Cons: Look and feel of the document and actual version we are using is not matching.
Mobile App does not have Time Reporting feature.
Reports can not be exported to excel etc.

Overall: Overall the product is likeable and simple to use. Compared to other similar products it lacks some novelty like feature packed Mobile App.

Overall: Overall a satisfying experience, the HR gets to do its job and IT learns a lot from the complex application configuration. It's no doubt expensive, so a minimum 100-500 seater should look at this.

Overall: This is a good HRM application with very ease in access. Very easy to configure with employees, data, projects, etc. Setting up in server is also very smooth installation.

Cons: The product, while good, was not feasible for a small non-profit with limited resources and budget.
