Cons: SO many choices!!!
Honestly, I can't think of any "true" cons -- Ooma offers SO many services/products, I sometimes have to remind myself to check in with them to make sure I haven't missed anything!!!

Overall: Ooma has been a life saver for our companies! We save so much money while reaping the benefits of all Ooma's services! You simply won't find a better telcom solution!

Pros: The service is very user friendly. The virtual receptionist is a great feature. Budget friendly. Customer service is always quick to respond. Emailed voicemails.

Cons: No centralized voicemail message hub. The faxing feature leaves a bit to be desired.

Overall: I switched from AT&t to Ooma office for my small business. It was the best decision I ever made. The service is extremely budget-friendly. I love the convenience of not being tethered to the office phone. I can retrieve my voicemails via email. The virtual receptionist feature elevates my business and can provide basic information about my business when I am not able to answer the phone. The app also makes it easy to work remotely, but still use my phone as if I were in the office.

Pros: 5 months ago, Ooma Office was recommended to our company by colleagues who have been using this software for more than a year. Well, we soon appreciated how convenient the toolbar of this office is! Everything is simple and easy to set up. When you need to make some specific changes, it is done almost instantly. Invoices are also issued without any problems.

Cons: We've been working with this platform for almost half a year now and have not had any serious problems so far. When there are any difficulties using certain functions, we just contact Ooma technical support and in a few minutes the difficulties are resolved (or the technical support tells us what needs to be done).

Overall: As I've already noticed, it's a very convenient platform with responsive and friendly technical support. It helps us save money and time. We can always customize accounts to suit our needs and have full control over these settings (100% free access!)

Pros: I love the ability to receive my voicemails even if I'm on the go. I never have to interrupt my workflow and allows me to have all the capacity of the office even when I'm out.

Cons: The initial setup and call forwarding was daunting at first, but I soon learned how to create these setups with ease.

Overall: I've enjoyed using Ooma as a service tremendously. It has created a seamless integration for my customer calls and allows me to be more versatile as a whole

Pros: There is no way I could run my office without Ooma Office. I am a physician who has clinic in 3 different locations. Ooma allows me to forward my calls to whichever office I am in and to check messages remotely when we are out of the office.

Cons: Needing an ethernet cable to set up the phones, but that was years ago and now there are wireless options!

Overall: Wonderful. Really, absolutely the perfect solution for me and my practice. Versatile and cost effective.

Pros: Really easy to use online manager allows me to easily set up my phone service the way I need it. I can update voice messages and change the message when my business is closed. The e-mail voicemails make it easy to check messages from anywhere.

Cons: I wish that transferring calls was a little simpler. The interface on the phone is not necessarily intuitive for me.

Overall: Overall I am happy with Ooma Office services, it works well for my small business and allows me to make changes myself and quickly.

Pros: Virtual receptionist has made a dramatic difference in our day to day operations in assisting with and screening our calls.

Cons: It took a little bit of time for the initial setup.

Overall: Overall enjoying our experience with Ooma and the variety of services that they provide in assisting our operations.

Cons: Some features/functions not "user friendly" for technically challenged.

Overall: System and service are very reasonable. The installation was easy, and porting our numbers went smoothly. Call quality is good most of the time, and so far no dropped calls like we had with our previous carrier. When I have called customer service they have been very responsive and helpful.

Pros: Ooma Office makes getting business phone calls transferred to a wireless phone very easy. Never miss a call.

Cons: Nothing - no cons to using this service. Everything works smoothly.

Overall: Great experience. Good customer service, very easy to use.
Good service and easy set up. Our whole office uses this service.

Pros: It is very easy to use and it has saved me money. I also love the application, which allows me to answer my phone wherever I am. I do not have to me stuck at my office to conduct business, since I can call Clients, via the Ooma application, on the go. The virtual assist feature is a plus.

Cons: The only small con is that the Ooma application can be glitchy at times, but mostly works great!

Overall: Ooma is pretty good and cheaper than having a landline service agreement with a cable or internet company. In the age of tele-working, Ooma has the lead.

Pros: We love the how streamlined the process is for taking a call and that we can easily access voicemails via email! So many great things about Ooma!

Cons: Our only source of confusion is when the app is set to "do not disturb" calls still come through on our cell phones.

Overall: Overall we are very pleased with Ooma! The ease with which we can edit our settings and messages is great.

Pros: The biggest advantages of Ooma:
* massive cost savings over traditional telco service
* enhanced capabilities such as checking voicemail online, email call notifications, and having calls ring simultaneously on your mobile device (not forwarded)
* low cost-of entry for home or office setup

Cons: The most immediate drawback I see is my phones are now tied to my internet service: if your internet service goes down, so do your phones (and credit card processing at my business as well as anything else dependent upon phone lines). Fortunately, Ooma offers an internet backup option to provide a cellular-based backup solution that is relatively inexpensive. Overall cost is still significantly less than traditional telco service, with all the benefits of a VoIP solution. It’s also worth noting that the Ooma phone equipment is designed to work in tandem with lines / extensions: in other words, you can’t purchase extra wireless VoIP phone devices and have them ring on an existing line without also adding (and paying for) another line. You can mostly work around this by purchasing a standard multi-handset phone and connecting it to the output of an Ooma hub – if your phone has six handsets, all of them ring just like any other phone. I do wish I could simply purchase from Ooma other wireless VoIP phones to use with my existing lines.

Overall: I’ve used Ooma for home service at my primary secondary residences for years and am completely satisfied with the call quality, customer service, and cost savings. When I set up a new business enterprise, I naturally looked to Ooma as my telco service provider, and have experienced the same benefits in my work environment that I have for years at home. Overall, it’s a great service from a solid company!

Pros: The Ooma Business VOIP setup is a cost-effective entry point in my opinion for a small business owner. It was easy-to-setup and overall it's been easy to navigate the functionality that I need.

Cons: Service ticket times can leave a little to be desired. Also, calls get dropped for random reasons which is annoying.

Overall: Overall, I'm happy with the product as offered and the price to me is competitive. I'll be sticking with Ooma for the time being.

Pros: I love that we don't have to answer the phone every time it rings to answer simple questions such as hours of operation or current sales. With Ooma's virtual receptionist, we can now weed out time consuming calls and only answer the calls looking to book an appointment.

Cons: The app caused a few problems with our system and my cell phone however once I removed the app we had no more issues with the system. They could benefit from having a training course on using for the 1st time that would be very helpful.

Overall: The pricing is fantastic compared to other services and it's featured rich. I honestly was hesitant about switching systems but it was definitely a good choice. Once you get it completely set up, it's so simple and easy.

Pros: Love how easy and cost-effective the solution is. It lets small businesses get going with a professional phone system without breaking the bank, and lets you scale up accordingly.

Cons: If you get TOO big you might need some features that are missing, but we've run a team up to 20 people and worked great.

Overall: I would highly recommend Ooma Office to anyone running or starting a small or medium business! Great value.

Overall: I love my Ooma Office. The features are so easy to use and work great with my tax office. The customer service is always polite and helpful. I am so happy a change.

Pros: Ooma has fantastic prices and great customer service. We merged 2 locations together to share the same phone system. The features like call forwarding, recording phones calls, etc are super easy.

Cons: The connection (which has a lot to do with the WIFI carrier) gets scratchy at times.

Overall: I can live with the cons because of the fantastic price we get. It has saved us hundreds every month. It is not necessary for the phone bill to cost so much and now it doesn't.

Pros: Ooma Office is very easy to setup and to use daily. Flexibility to control call flow, device assignment, etc.

Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this product- for the small to medium business space it's great.

Overall: Ooma is an easy company to work with with a strong local team and a strong solution behind them. Great easy VoIP services.

Pros: What I like about this phone company is it really do fit my business and when I’m not available they also offer a virtual assistance which is good it saves time and money and you still can get the messages and or sell leads in order to keep your business growing

Cons: I just had my phone broken because I work from home by my dog and I had to buy a new one they did not offer a deal or anything for me to be a customer which I feel they should start thinking about offering discounts for replacements of phones that are either broken lost or damaged.

Overall: Great it’s perfect for small companies and upcoming businesses that want to save time and money on services.
