    Pros: Easy to use, affordable and I love having the choice to work with the newer or older version of this software, which comes in handy for someone that experiences difficulty w/ transitions/change.

    Cons: There is minimal room for improvement as everything about this software is awesome!

    Pros: OFFICE ALLY HAS MULTIPLE LEVELS TO SET UP CHARTING, BILLING, LOCAL AND STATE MANDATE
    much easier than any other billing system and keeps more information that helps with any new questions from patient, their primaries, their attorneys.

    When cannot figure one area out there is a computer contact which helps with almost any concern or stopping point that I hit.

    Cons: Occasionally i cannot find a patient record when I have misspelled name.

    I have to try different spellings then normally do find after several searches.

    Overall: Has been a life and financial saver with my billing. Have been with Office ally for at least 10 years if not much longer. Your set up is great and when I occasionally need a person to help, there is someone to call or call me back.

    Pros: Everything sorted into larger groupings, so workflow improved. Nicer design elements make applications appear more modern and easier to access.

    Cons: Still needs a few tweaks to enhance user experience, and some built in tools, like a remittance viewer would be a big benefit.

    Overall: We switched over to Service Center earlier this year, and I have been pleasantly surprised with how easy the transition has been. The new updates have been a welcome update.

    Pros: I started using Office Ally in our business about a dozen years ago. We have a billing service. Office Ally offers a superior product because the practice management system (PMS) is integrated with the clearinghouse. I've used many types of PMSs over my 40 years in the field and with other systems that don't have their own clearinghouse, there are issues with the integration of the clearinghouse . Some PMSs, don't even bill secondary claims. Office Ally support is also superior. They answer the phone in a short period of time and can remote in if there are issues.

    Cons: I would add some reports to the system and expand on the EHR.

    Overall: Office Ally is the best. It's easy to use and the customer service is superior to its competitors.

    Pros: 24/7 encompasses medical charging and billing for a reasonable fee per month. The support available to the user is easy to reach and always competent. in addition the support people never make you feel as if you are incompetent. As with any program there is a learning curve, but this one is not too long. They also have videos to teach you the program.

    Cons: I came from another program so it took me longer to learn it than it would have if it was my first program.

    Overall: Overall I am very happy with Office Ally. I would recommend it very highly. I especially like the ease when sending in voices to insurance companies.

    Pros: I used the website very often and I really like how didactic and very organized is. I enjoyed how useful and easy is to work with the different platforms.

    Cons: Everything is very interesting and fascinating, so I don't have cons.

    Overall: It's amazing how a simple and easy-to-use system can hold a lot of data and not crash out. I think that overall the view of this system working tactically is fascinating.     Pros: Ease of use. Supportive customer service. Very user friendly. Easy to navigate throughout the system.

    Cons: Pricing. I am being charged $35 a month for one, yes one, Non Par claim. This is totally disappointing.

    Overall: Overall this has been a good clearinghouse up until they began charging $35 a month for non par claims. I am a small billing service and may only submit 10-15 claims a month. Having to pay $70 a month for two very small practices has totally changed how I feel about the company. I also learned that they will be charging $10 a month for the submission of 1-10 paper claims per month. I submit two paper claims per month. I am now in the process of looking for another clearinghouse to meet my needs.

    Pros: The organization of it and the prompt attention when things go wrong. I have not much more to say. It is a tool to do my job. It is just that. I suppose that is a pro. Is it superior to other option. I do not know

    Cons: The down time. Today I cannot access the EHR. Why. I am getting behind in my progress notes. I know that some glitches are inevitable. It is just frustrating when this happens. I am asked to write more, I want to get to work and cannot because this is holding me hostage. It needs more words. Ehr is not working for me today. Is this because I needed to fill this out?

    Overall: Good/ I wonder if some of the changes made were really necessary. I don't have much to say. I have to get to work and yet I am filling out a survey. I go anywhere and do anything and there is the option for a survey. It is getting old. I do not have time for this.

    Pros: Simple.
    New version is easier to navigate and visually appealing.
    Reasonably priced.
    Customer service is easy to reach via online chat and very helpful.

    Cons: The 835 files (when opened) could be more visually appealing but not sure that is something that OA can control.
    Don't understand why a clearinghouse would be "non participating" with an insurance company but I also haven't inquired about it.

    Overall: The update is visually appealing, cleaner, quicker to navigate. Customer service is excellent, very helpful, and I love I can use the online chat as it's difficult to be on the phone during business hours. Four stars because I don't have experience with any other clearinghouse to compare but from what others have commented on social media, OA costs less and as far as we're concerned, provides everything we need.

    Pros: The ease of the platform and new design has made this aspect of my practice much easier and allows me to streamline billing, literally to the point of submitting a claim in less than 2 minutes. It has been a game changer in my time management.

    Cons: I do not have any problems or cons with the product.

    Overall: This is my go-to for all aspects of billing and I see continuous efforts to improve the delivery of the product in a way that has made it highly user friendly and most importantly to me, a time-saver.

    Pros: I like how easy and accessible every thing is and its very easy to learn it. I like the features that it has like alerts, reminders, and the support. the support is very helpful when I need assistance fixing or changing something.

    Cons: System crashes or freezes 3-4 times a month not to often.

    Overall: I like it very much I like that it can remind pts twice before there appointments. It's a great system to have and is not expensive. I use it every day and i like how the system is set up easy and convenient.

    Pros: This program is easy to use and it is designed that a person that is not computer savvy can understand how to use.

    Cons: Sometimes it gets slow during the early afternoon hours.
    When I did need some tech support it was sometimes hard to get in tough with them.

    Overall: My overall experience with this software has been a positive one.
    I have found this program to be just what I need. I am an older practitioner and my practice is smaller by my choice so I don't need a lot.
