About OakHive
OakHive is browser-based knowledge transfer software for teams preparing for employee departures or role changes. A manager adds the departing employee and their role, then an AI interviewer holds a voice conversation for up to two hours, in one sitting or over a few days, and follows up when an answer is vague. The interview requires no preparation and can be conducted in more than 70 languages. It produces a handover guide and guided session for the successor, a four-part summary and offboarding checklist for the manager, and a chat for colleagues in OakHive or Microsoft Teams. Chat answers draw on the interview and identify subjects it did not cover. Interview data is isolated per customer and stored in Microsoft Azure's EU region, and is not used to train AI models. Live speech is processed by a US-based provider.
