About Noise Firewall
Noise Firewall is a software solution for call centers and shared workspaces. It blocks the ambient noise of the call center/shared workspace and prevents customers from overhearing it. Shields the customers from the ambient noise of the call center such as other agents talking with other customers, supervisors giving instructions, announcements on the PA, etc. Supports hybrid work model which combines work from the office with remote work. For at-home agents, the Noise Firewall will also remove any non-human sounds like a dog barking, car horns, etc. Can be deployed in almost any telephony environment and supports both a distributed and centralized architecture. Does not require connection to any cloud service and in addition protects sensitive and private data from being overheard by the customers which corresponds with regulations such as PCI, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and GDPR. Provides a useful dashboard with statistics on call quality including a Noise Map of the call center.

Pros: Seamlessly listens to all the agents and using a unique AI technology identifies the source of each voice and keeps only the primary speaker. This software has a dramatic impact on call quality in our noisy call center. The Noise Firewall offers a dynamic dashboard that presents information on live calls & closed calls. The dashboard also shows a Noise-Map visualizing the noisy locations in the call center and identifies the noisy agents. And lastly, SoliCall's support team is very responsive and professional.
Cons: Do not offer license to small call centers with less than 20 agents.
Overall: We installed SoliCall several months ago and are very happy with both the product and the support. Worth every penny.
