Nexora is a web-based WhatsApp sales platform for small and growing businesses. Its AI sales agent answers customer questions using business-provided information about products, prices and policies, and can hand conversations to a person when needed. The platform combines a shared team inbox, approved-template broadcasts, drag-and-drop automation flows, WhatsApp forms, lead capture, analytics and contact syncing. Businesses can use a shared WhatsApp number or connect their own, manage campaigns and follow-ups, and connect Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Google Sheets or Salesforce on eligible plans. Nexora uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API for messaging and is aimed at businesses in India, including D2C and e-commerce sellers, real estate, clinics, coaching providers, traders, manufacturers and B2B suppliers.

The first 30 days cost ₹1 and unlock all Empire features. Nexora Basic then renews at ₹499/month by autopay unless canceled before renewal. WhatsApp template messages incur separate per-message charges from the messaging wallet; AI replies use a separate AI wallet. Annual billing offers 12 months for the price of 10.
