    "Super solution for monitoring"

    Pros: I have been looking for a long time for a solution that allows me to control the creation of consolidate tickets. I have long been forced to buy several solutions. It is really an intelligent and efficient design. I even control the cameras, the smart sockets of the company and my clients, this complete biggest solution we use to do the job.

    Cons: I had to understand the concept which is different from all the solutions used until now so there is a time of adaptation but once you understand the concept it is super simple and super effective you still have to read the prerequisites carefully otherwise we miss the concept.

    Overall: In the end which provides a solution that is as easy to implement as complete and integrates into all known helpdesk and database products for 39 dollars per month or less.
