Modge is workforce analytics software that gives teams full visibility without micromanagement. A lightweight desktop agent tracks time, classifies app and website usage, runs shift attendance, builds payroll-ready timesheets, and supports client invoicing on macOS and Windows. The productivity dashboard brings productivity scores, hours logged, active versus idle time, app categories, attendance, and recent activity into one view, while real-time visibility shows who is working, on which project, and what tools they are using. Apps and websites are automatically classified as productive, neutral, or unproductive, with rules that can be adjusted by job title. Optional screenshots can be enabled by team or individual, with configurable capture intervals and blur controls. Activity timelines show productive, neutral, unproductive, and idle periods throughout the day. Tracked sessions automatically roll into weekly or biweekly timesheets for employee submission and manager approval.
