Modern Events Calendar (MEC) is a WordPress plugin for creating and managing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. It supports single-day, multi-day, and recurring events, with venues, organizers, speakers, sponsors, custom fields, galleries, and front-end submissions.
Users can publish events in 60+ responsive layouts, including monthly, weekly, daily, list, grid, agenda, map, timetable, slider, carousel, and countdown views. MEC also handles registrations, RSVPs, ticket sales, invoices, waiting lists, partial payments, date-based pricing, seating charts, attendee lists, and QR-code check-in.
