About Mirigi
Mirigi is digital concierge and management software for luxury condominiums, HOAs and branded residences. Residents reach every building service from a branded app, an in-unit touch panel, or WhatsApp — amenity reservations, package tracking, visitor authorization, valet parking, maintenance requests, restaurant ordering, expenses and online payments. At the centre is Miri, an AI concierge agent that acts rather than answers: she places the order, calls the valet and books the amenity end to end, in each resident's own language.
Staff run the day from one real-time console, with dedicated views for front desk, concierge, management, security, valet, maintenance and restaurant teams, and an AI assist that turns plain-language instructions into batched actions. A building automation gateway brings gates, lighting, cameras and pool sensors into the same app.
