About Mindcat Dispatch
Mindcat Dispatch is a hosted dispatch and fleet operations application for delivery operators managing their own drivers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It brings orders from channels such as WhatsApp, calls, websites and merchant portals into a dispatch board, where staff can assign drivers, plan stops by district and track jobs through delivery. Drivers use a phone app to view stops, navigate, record cash or coupons, and submit delivery proof such as a photo or signature. Customers can follow orders through tracking links, while operations and finance teams can review order histories, driver and vehicle records, and cash totals. The service also offers business ordering portals, reports and exports, plus connections to POS, ERP and online shops through API and webhooks. Mindcat configures and hosts deployments in the region or in a customer's cloud or servers.
