Microsoft To Do

Pros: Great user interface. can rearrange tasks, group them, tag them, add sub tasks, print them, export them, add notes, and even add documents.

Cons: When reading the notes for a task, if I switch to another app then come back to the task, I am always brought up to the top of the note. A little frustrating when I am copy-pasting or reading.

Overall: Indispensable task app. Aids productivity and syncs between PC and mobile. Essentially a reskinned version of the fantastic Wunderlist app.

Pros: I started using To Do when it was Wunderlist, probably around 6 years ago. This app is incredible, and the acquisition / rebrand to Microsoft hasn't changed anything. The app is so simple and user friendly, but you can also use it for more complex things. You can choose to simply write a 'To do' for yourself, or you could also add sub-tasks underneath, add a due date, a reminder, add a ton of notes including links, assign it to another person, etc.
In my personal life, I use To Do to organize my grocery list – my partner and I share the list, and will go to different parts of the the grocery store and will see when an item on the grocery list has been checked off in real time.
I use To Do even more for work, where I organize all of the tasks I have to do, big or small. I've figured out a great way to utilize the folders and other features that works for me, but it will work differently for everyone.

Cons: You need a Microsoft account to use the app which can be annoying. I also live in fear that this will someday charge for use (right now I have the free version).
This isn't going to do everything for you – if you're struggling with staying organized with a mounting list of things to do, I'd suggest reading up on best practices first (there are tons of books out there), but To Do is the perfect tool to complement that and keep all of your tasks in one place.

Overall: For anyone who has found themselves overwhelmed by all of the tasks on their list, this is an amazing tool to help you keep all of your tasks in one place. It can be great for teams as well, because you can assign tasks and then get notified when they've been completed by your teammate. You could literally use it for anything – from individual work to team projects to party planning to grocery shopping. I would suggest scheduling time to regularly review your 'To Do's' to make sure you check off things you've done, and reprioritize when needed.

Overall: Microsoft To-Do is my best daily planner and organizer platform. It allows me to work in a more systematic way. The integration with Microsoft suite makes it practical and convenient.

Pros: It offers a simple tool to add a daily task to balance workload and time. The reminders are auto synchronized helps get notified on multi-devices. Application is available on multi-platforms.

Cons: I worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Pros: Very easy and convenient to add reminders. Helps to make daily task to implement in routine. It also has notes features to never forget to do work. The reminder sync makes it save on cloud and easy to access on other devices.

Cons: No email reminder feature. Otherwise it's a very useful app to organize and add tasks.

Overall: Microsoft To Do is very useful to manage my daily task and gives me reminder of every plans added. It helps me to never miss any bill payment giving reminder for my transaction. It's a must have app if you want plan your daily routine.
