Recruiter needs to upload Job Description and the Resume of the Candidate. AI ranks all the applicant resumes against the JD. Recruiter can invite (link) one or more candidates to take the interview. Candidates can take the interviews as per their availability. When the candidate joins the interview, AI conducts the interview by dynamically generating interview questions based on JD and Resume. Detailed evaluation report is generated. Interview recordings (Audio, Video and Transcripts) are saved for future reference. Platform has strong proctoring features.
