It works for any kind of care: a child with a developmental disability, an aging parent, a complicated diagnosis, or your own care. Features include a shared calendar, care-team messaging, a journal and trackers, printable emergency sheets and PDF reports, and pattern insights and weekly summaries on the Growth plan (de-identified before any AI model sees them).
