    Pros: #1- Malcolm is easy to use, web-based platform.
    #2- Forms, site wizards and surveys are easy to add.
    #3- Easy to interact with users.
    #4- supports the designed FAQ section for users to get their questions answered.

    Cons: #1- We had a positive response from users. No cons.

    Overall: Malcolm's platform is to build a knowledge base and FAQs for online sites. We used this web-based platform to add an automated answer for users in the FAQ section. It's a great platform to interact with users.
