Make It Go There

Babelbeez is a browser-native voice AI designed to function as an automation trigger. It allows website visitors to speak naturally with an AI agent via WebRTC, while simultaneously extracting structured data from the conversation to power your backend workflows. Powered by the OpenAI Realtime API, Babelbeez enables low-latency, interruptible speech-to-speech interactions directly in the browser, eliminating the need for phone numbers or SIP infrastructure. Beyond answering customer queries using your automatically generated knowledge base (RAG), the Babelbeez Entity Extraction Engine identifies key data points—such as intents, contact details, or scheduling preferences—and pushes them as clean JSON payloads to your stack via secure HMAC-signed webhooks.

Zavin is an AI-powered CRM and commercial operating system built specifically for freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and modern logistics operators. In an industry where response speed directly impacts deal conversion, logistics teams routinely lose hours manually parsing unstructured RFQ emails, copying shipment details, and managing rates across fragmented spreadsheets. Zavin eliminates these bottlenecks by converting inbox traffic into structured commercial data. The platform automatically reads incoming customer emails, extracts critical shipment parameters—such as chargeable weights, origin/destination routes, and incoterms—and syncs directly with existing rate management platforms and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Key Features: • Automated RFQ Email Parsing & Data Extraction • Direct TMS & Rate Management Integration • Lightning-Fast Quote Turnaround (Seconds vs. Hours) • End-to-End Opportunity & Lead Tracking
