Pros: The system is second to none, the dashboards are phenomenal. Implementing the tool was faultless with great support levels when required. Adapted to business needs and at a competitive cost base with ongoing development integrating further functionality such as credit & risk, vetting to name but a few.
Cons: Don’t have any from starting this project the team were clear but open to suggestions/requirements of our business. I have used this system for 6+ years and it has made a significant impact on our collection activities, driving decisions, training and continued process improvements.
Overall: Excellent collection tool from the start with ongoing discussions and improvements in this ever changing world specific to credit management.
