    "A solution to document management system for enterprises"

    Pros: This is an enterprise which you can get at an affordable price and also easy to use. Furthermore it offers a 30 day free trial for those who want to try it.
    It offers a user friendly interface which makes it easy for the user to navigate into it.

    Cons: The major concern with it it is that the customer care team is based in Italy and hence it may be hard to reach to them due to the time difference.

    Overall: Basically, i can say that logicalDOC equires less skills for one to understand it. It is easy to install and use.

    Thanks for the nice review. The support team is composed by the same developers that produce the solution, this implies the fact that the first answer is always qualified. We cover all the working hours of EU countries and also work outside EU working hours to cover US time zones.

    "Very valid product, but can be improved"

    Pros: Web-services API with SOAP and REST interfaces enabled us to easily integrate LD with other software

    Cons: The interface is not very customizable, and some functions are not so easy to use, you need to read the documentation

    Overall: Selecting the right product to manage our organization's documents was a long and complicated process.
    In the end we chose LogicalDOC and we are very satisfied, the user interface is simple and intuitive, the software is packed of features and support helped us smoothly, even before the purchase.
