Kudoboard

Pros: Kudoboard has allowed our team to celebrate important milestones like work anniversaries, babies born, birthdays and more with an independent opportunity for staffers to participate on their own time. Its a game changer!

Cons: I do not have kudoboard complaints at this time :)

Overall: Really happy to have a tool like this in our agency. We have shared it with internal and external partners to help make people's days special and it's always very appreciated. Choosing personalized GIFs is also SO MUCH FUN !!!

Pros: Love the ease of collaboration, the ability to add gifs, and the fact that you can really personalize your message (including font change).

Cons: Sometimes people have trouble adding to the boards or making an account.

Overall: Overall, I really enjoy using this. It is a great way to let coworkers know you care (whether birthdays, anniversaries, boss's day, whatever!)

Pros: It is very easy to use, even for our teammates who are not tech-savvy. Even though it's a digital card, you can still make a card feel personable.

Cons: I wish that there were more options for backgrounds.

Overall: It is a much better alternative than passing around a card for each birthday! Would recommend for any workplace.

Pros: This is very easy and convenient to use for staff. We use it for staff, and it is an easy way for everyone once to sign.

Cons: This is becoming expensive to almost 10$ per card CND, more than a physical card.

Overall: It is very convenient and easy to use for staff. However, not sure why the prices went up. I recently bought a pkg of 5 and it is more than 50$ CND. I will be looking at other options for staff.

Pros: Its a great way to recognize employees coworkers on doing a great job and congratulations. It is also incentive to achieve goals

Cons: I am not sure if there is anything i don't like it has been very satisfying.

Overall: Love being able to set up a retirement and Congratulations to coworkers who put in their well deserved time and effort in making great team member.

Pros: Kudoboard is so fun, creative, and easy to customize. I love we can send it to anyone to add wishes.

Cons: No complaints here! We haven't had any issues/cons with Kudoboard.

Overall: It is perfect for a team working remotely. When we can't have a party in person, we can virtually using Kudoboard!

Pros: Simple to use, ability to keep it cost effective or spend a little more. Ability to invite others to be part of any important event. In this case ... a mile stone for an amazing person.

Cons: There are no negatives for this product. This is an amazing and useful product that lets you bring a group together.

Overall: Excellent product, lets you be creative, easy to use, & inexpensive. Allow you to bring others together for a special moment to share their thoughts.

Pros: Everyone can sign the board from any location. Very easy since our team is spread across multiple time zones. Love that you can upload photos or insert GIF's.

Cons: Everything has been good so far. Everyone on the team has been able to access the links that I have shared and added content.

Overall: My experience has been great. I have used Kudo for everything from birthday, anniversary, retirement, and get well. It is super convenient and have had no complaints so far.

Pros: A really easy to use tool to share and add comments from teams across regions for team members going through special occasions.
Easy to print out afterwards to via downloading of a high quality image.

Cons: Little to dislike maybe the price and a few more options for background themes.
Font size on print out could be bigger or bolder, more use of blank space could be used for this.

Overall: A great tool that is easy to use and I rarely look for any other alternative. Print out /download could use larger fonts to better fill the space.

Pros: I really enjoy using Kudoboard for our employees birthdays. Its a fun way for everyone to share their thoughts and love!

Cons: The sign-in method can be a little slow, especially when having to use a separate email.

Overall: Its a great overall experience. I still have all of my birthday kudoboards that i go back to from time to time to look at all of the wonderful things my co-workers have written.

Cons: Not too many cons as everything is pretty user friendly and customizable for any occasion. Id maybe offer plans for those who use it multiple times/year, but not several times monthly.

Overall: Such a great website to use for birthdays, anniversaries, etc! My favorite website to use for online delivery cards, and I love the look of the customizable boards. Unbeatable!

Pros: This is super easy to use for work- people can fill it out without signing in or a bunch of other barriers, just a saved link. Love that you can add photos and set a time for it to be sent.

Cons: I wish you could add more than one photo at a time

Pros: We love that a large group can contribute, that you can deliver at a pre-designated time, and that we can attach a gift.

Cons: No current cons to speak of. The service works well and we have never run into issues sending a kudoboard.

Overall: We use Kudoboard for a variety of different celebrations - from employee recognition to birthdays and work anniversaries!

Pros: Kudoboard replaces the greeting card in the office. It makes it easy for the admin to set up the board, and email it to everyone. You get notifications when people sign it and can track and add/edit it anytime you need to. This is a GENIUS invention and we use it a LOT at Medtronic. Thank you Kudoboard!

Cons: There are no cons!! There are no cons! There are NO CONS!

Overall: Great way to get cards signed by many in the office - and fast!! It really helps streamline the process of everyone signing a goodbye card or a congrats card in the office. The old way took soooo long and this way is just magic.

Cons: - Would love for there to be more "lite" packages - especially for the workplace. I dont need the premium cards - especially since our team is small.
- Would love more animated cards - especially birthday cards

Overall: Love this option especially since we have a team all over the country. Easy to celebrate everyone and drive team culture.

Pros: I've been using Kudoboard for about 2 years now and it has been a game changer! For teams that are hybrid, remote or just a big team and difficult to coordinate card signing, Kudoboard makes it easy to gather all signers in one place and digitally deliver it to the recipient. I appreciate that Kudoboard also notifies me when the recipient opens the card.

Cons: For smaller teams, I hope there'd be another version available for 10 posts and under. The Lite is great with up to 20 contributors but it'd be greater if there was a version of a board for smaller teams.

Overall: Overall, this has been a great way to improve team morale and show staff appreciation. Having the ability to collect digital signatures has made life so much easier.

Pros: Love the ability to add fun notes and cards to team members. My team uses is weekly to highlight as a way to shine light on each other.

Cons: Different fonts would be cool. The price is a little high too for the annual plan.
