Pros from Real Users Pros Ability to add animated images; preschedule delivery options; fair pricing tier. Recipient can review post as often as they wish. It was great and such an amazing way to connect people especially for teams that work remotely. We were able to get teammates a card on various occasions and the card was able to be signed by everyone without us all being in the same state! Love the ease of sending out cards for all different occasions. Love that I can add gift cards for birthday gifts to employees and love the calendar that helps me keep track of everyone and everything! The options are nice for the cards and the gifs and memes are loved by all users! Kudoboard is easy to use and invite others to add messages. I can create a board and ask others to contribute. I love how the boards let our team show their individualities with their posts. Such a fun and creative way to bring staff members together. Kudoboard is the perfect product that allows us to simultaneously celebrate our teammate and leaders for their birthdays and milestone accomplishments! The ability to upload personal media to the board is amazing! Everyone can post their own message or contribute to a gift in their own time and in their own unique way! For a busy office like ours, trying to do something like passing around a card means going out to find a card, keeping track of it, making sure people who are traveling somehow get it---it just doesn't work and then people are sad they didn't get to contribute. This keeps things centralized, fun, easy, personalized and adorable!! - Ease of use for people who don't live close together - Easy to add funds for a gift card for recipient - Lots of designs to use for different personalities/ events - The price is reasonable - Easy to invite contributors - Easy to send to recipient Very easy and straightforward to use. Even our most non-tech-savvy managers can easily use the platform to recognize their team. Our employees enjoy the program and the endless items they can redeem with their points. The team is always incredibly supportive and responsive. The pricing is the best on the market. Easy to use; - adding/removing members - awarding points - running reports Great selection of awards! The TEAMO recognition program is very popular with our employees. It is easy for both users and administrators to use. TEAMO provides a reporting tool that captures a wealth of statistics including recognition type, frequency, and funds spent on points. Our managers use these critical statistics to manage budgets, recognition and rewards for their teams. The TEAMO points catalogue is very robust; our employees are excited about the wide variety of items that are available to them. Points can be accumulated and used over time; they never expire. There is even an option for employees to donate their points to a charity if desired. TEAMO allows recognition providers the opportunity to customize their messages to include their own personal comments for their employees, publicly or privately. TEAMO seamlessly accommodates our recognition needs, even in the event of a major shift. When the pandemic forced all of our employees to work virtually, we shifted to TEAMO points to award employees for events we traditionally hosted at the office. This powerful recognition tool is easy to use and access from anywhere. Employees do not feel like they are forgotten, as recognition is done in a timely manner. TEAMO effectively supports our culture of recognition. Our friendly support team has a wealth of knowledge. We have been having a great experience with the platform. The initial transition was bumpy, and created friction in the user experience. However, the team was very responsive and quick to support when an issue happened. We wish there was a bit more customization options in the platform, but these are improving often. I had a bit of confusion with some of the features at first, but our Teamo Team is very responsive and provided assistance/documents when required. Managers cannot access or run reports for their employees' transactional history, TEAMO only tracks current period's transactions. It's not retroactive. NA.
