Cons: Some additional Task Tracker configurations and usability updates would be helpful similar to excel functionality.

Overall: Overall I loved the software. Free trial for small companies testing is good and it is even capable of handling big MNCs and make the work sheet filing process easy.

Pros: Single Dashboard to review all submitted, resubmitted and pending timesheets which makes weekly timesheet review a simple task. It is much better than Tempo timesheets that I have used in past.

Cons: Nothing in particular but more filter and sorting options on project page would have been more helpful as it takes a while to find what you are looking for in it's current view.

Overall: Since we are a growing agency with multiple project and hundreds of resources, it is easy to use Kantata for resource planning, allocation, and following that allocation during execution. We can aim for higher resource utilization with this.

Pros: My team and I loved the user-friendly interface! We only did about 15 minutes of training to get the basics and then everyone got the rest of it by themselves. It's that easy.

Cons: It is sometimes hard to see the number of hours spent on billable vs non-billable tasks on a project.

Overall: Overall, this is a great product that enables us to work more efficiently and easily track the hours spent on specific tasks within a project.

Overall: Kantata is a very efficient and easy to use project management tool. I am using it for more than 2 years now and I am satisfied with its performance.

Pros: Easy to use day to day, decent reporting out of the box and opportunities to design your own reports.

Cons: They need more snapshotting capabilities for varying data points. Right now it is solely limited to health reports.

Overall: It's been great so far! Support is always helpful and timely. I recommend taking the insights reports courses to build your own custom reports/dashboards.

Pros: This program allows me and my co-workers to know what is expected of us each month, where our clients stand, provides us with a place to document our work and the time dedicated to the tasks. Genuinely, I find this program to offer the most helpful features when working on projects collaboratively.

Cons: Kantata, formerly Mavenlink, will randomly stop working occasionally and the support team will have to fix the bug. Can be inconvenient.

Overall: Overall, allows for me and my staff to work collaboratively and efficiently on tasks for our clients.

Pros: User friendly interface, fast, and dependable. We're not using the tool to its max potential (yet), but so far we're overall happy with what it provides.

Cons: The fly-out left menu bar is a bit annoying when you're trying to grab screenshots.

Overall: Overall very satisfied with the product. PSO of about 150 people strong. Consultants find the time entry easy to use. Management loves the reports. PMs would like to see better management of projects/resources functionality added.

Pros: Kantata is a dream project management software for every project. It helps to manage portfolio, project and resources easily. Also, it is budget friendly.

Cons: Found none except the insights and user interface can be improved.

Overall: Kantata is a great tool managing a project's entire lifecycle including pipeline, capacity, margins, etc. Whenever I have any questions their support staff is always quick to respond!

Pros: We previously used Workamajig, but felt limited by its reporting capabilities and its ability to integrate with other systems. Kantata has given us visibility to data we didn't have before, which has been a huge benefit to our business.

Cons: In the implementation process we uncovered a few quirks around invoicing and timesheet approvals that prevented us from using Kantata exactly how we wanted to use it. We've had to adapt to the tool a bit, instead of the other way around.

Overall: Overall, Kantata was adopted readily by our staff and switching to it was a good move for our business. We're looking into using more features and getting even more out of it.

Pros: Mavenlink makes it easy to manage a project from start to finish with real-time time tracking. I love the ability to see burn rates and to know at a quick glance the health of my projects.

Cons: My one con is with checklists. You can still mark a task as complete even when the checklist items have not been checked off. That one thing drives me nuts.

Overall: This platform has saved me thousands of hours and helped my team stay on budget and meet deadlines. If you manage multiple staff and projects, Mavenlink can do the same for you.
