Cons Well Overall BigTime a healthy platform but sometimes when I Try to make some changes to our invoice format is sometimes tricky, but the support we receive from the staff has always been great and made things work the way we would like them to. And also I frequently faced trouble adding new jobs into Big Time from Quickbooks and it does require manual adjustments every time. The pricing structure can be a bit steep for small businesses or freelancers. The only issue I've had as a BigTime user and my organization's Chief Financial Officer is the pricing that they offer. For most organizations, it can be pricey - and they do not offer a free trial. There's a bit of a learning curve when first getting started with BigTime, but the company offers plenty of resources to get you up to speed. The reporting capabilities could be a bit more customizable, but this is a minor concern when compared to the wealth of benefits the software provides. Single Dashboard to review all submitted, resubmitted and pending timesheets which makes weekly timesheet review a simple task. It is much better than Tempo timesheets that I have used in past. My team and I loved the user-friendly interface! We only did about 15 minutes of training to get the basics and then everyone got the rest of it by themselves. It's that easy.
