    "Awesome all in one program"

    Pros: We are a multidisciplinary company: Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. This program fills all our needs - easy online booking for the patients, electronic charting - including patient intake forms, soap note etc,
    integrated direct billing with insurance and auto insurance, customization to what we need. They are Canadian based, familiar with our legislative requirements and they have phenomenal customer service.

    Cons: It's overwhelming at first, especially if you are coming from a paper-based clinic to fully embracing the online/electronic route like us. It would be difficult to set up on your own. Having said that though, Juvonno has been exceptional with step-by-step guidance through it. It's well worth it.

    Overall: We are very happy with Juvonno. We have several practitioners in our clinic, all using different programs (PMP, setmore, noterro). Juvonno has integrated all of us on their program. It's an all in one program, we are very happy.

    Pros: Customer Service is exceptional. If I have any questions, they get answered right away! They have developed areas that needed developing and are constantly improving.

    Cons: I feel they have grown fast without fine tuning some areas.

    Overall: I would very much recommend Juvonno to anyone. It is very user friendly, good reporting, and extremely helpful to any clinic.

    Pros: Juvonno is a dependable system for daily operations, and their tech support team is always helpful when we run into issues. The booking process is simple, and the platform offers great features for communicating with patients, messaging other staff, and leaving notes on patient files.

    Cons: To enhance the platform, I suggest working on the chart export feature, specifically, adding detailed filtering options. This would allow us to more easily export charts based on criteria like practitioner, service type, or specific date ranges. This would be very helpful when practitioners need to review their own notes before we send out patient charts.

    Overall: I've used Juvonno since I started my job four years ago, and I'm very happy with their features. I like receiving the updates about new features when they're added and think their help center resources are valuable for training new staff or even for current staff to learn something new!

    Pros: I love that Juvonno has everything I need in one place--really minimizing the number of vendors I need to subscribe to. My patients have found it easy to use.

    The onboarding process was outstanding and the customer support has been impeccable.

    The price is very affordable.

    Cons: I'm quite satisfied with the product overall, the lay-out for a cumulative patient profile is a bit different than I am used to, but not an issue.

    There were a couple of technical glitches with iPhones/Macs with video not being connected in web browser settings, but solutions avail and support with immediate responses and assistance.

    Overall: Amazing product. I will absolutely be recommending this product to colleagues. I feel like I discovered a diamond in the rough (the rough being the world of EMR/platforms that currently exist and have dominated the market and are very costly).

    Pros: Very easy to use, no technical glitches, easy communication. Very great tools for admins and physios to easily access all information necessary.

    Cons: Not much that I don’t like besides the new update with the patient confirmation texts.

    Overall: I love Juvonno, I believe it’s a great step up from Jane. Very easy portal and I think more organizations should jump on the bandwagon.

    Pros: - Everything is intuitive
    - Very easy to learn & easy to use
    - Stats are easy to generate , giving real data on clinician / clinic performance

    Cons: Nothing bad to say here. There were minor issue in the past such as the inability to copy last charts to make things faster. The team took our feedback and made changes rapidly.

    Overall: Overall nothing but positives when it comes to Juvonno. Creators are always very responsive with our feedback, and are always great as getting back to us quickly if one of our staff members needs a hand with anything. If I could give 6 stars I would.

    Pros: I love the functionality of all scheduling, the grouping of clients, and the ability to run insurance through Telus E-Health directly through the program. The Juvonno Pay portal is easy to use and navigate, and makes taking credit card payments easy. The team at Juvonno is always helpful and kind.

    There are so many ways to customize the experiences of not only our practitioners but also the admin team, and it's well worth every penny.

    Cons: I don't really have any notable cons to mention. I find the user experience quite nice.

    Overall: I find the overall usage of Juvonno easy, accessible, and very user friendly. It is customizable to each particular organization and the payment portals are easy for both clients and admin to use and track. I would definitely recommend this program.

    Pros: The system is user friendly. It is easy to correct mistakes. We used the playground a lot before starting live. Transfer of information was seamless.
    Support has been amazing all hours of the day. You Tube videos help a lot.

    Cons: I don't the constant save feature.
    Haven't figured out how to book multiple appt.

    Overall: It has been an excellent up grade an fun learning new features. Support is great. Patient love the new receipts.

    Pros: Excellent integration of features that enhance the experience for patients, as well as practitioners of various specialties. Proactive pursuit of feedback for improvement of software, and responsive to challenges in timely manner. Fantastic support through help chat and expedient correspondences through email. Seamless transition and migration of data with very competent team.

    Cons: Unable to build your own forms into system at present time.
    Some improvement possible to shortcut links available in charting page.

    Overall: Extremely positive experience from the start, highly recommend their product and team! Clinic experience will be enhanced in one way or another as they are one of the few intentionally bringing paramedical and medical practitioners together!

    Pros: - Filter to switch between clinics (if you have multiple)
    - Report tab has allot of different options
    - Easy to navigate
    - Straightforward to share/revoke access
    - Juvonno Comm is great to share marketing emails and to stay in touch with patents

    Cons: - Automated reports emailed to users/practitioners is not an available option yet, hope it is in the future

    Overall: I think Juvonno is a great tool which has made my life as a administrator quite simple. It's easy to use, reporting has great options and Juvonno comm is a great way to stay in touch with patients.

    Pros: I have used Juvonno in all 3 of my clinics now and am in the process of completing a 4th clinic. The support staff have always been there to help from transferring data to assisting with invoice or payment issues. The chat support makes it a breeze to get issues reconciled in an instant. The technicians are there to build an add on when required and correct background issues.

    Cons: I just wish sone of the programming when dealing with multiple clinics within one program could be a bit more customizable. But they find a fix or go around quickly to assist in any way

    Overall: Overall i would not deal with any other company as the support rocks. It is easy for patients to contact and control their own accounts. It's mobile compatible for both doctors staff and patients

    Pros: User friendly for a broad range of users, both tech-savvy or not.
    Very customizable for all types of users (practitioners, office managers, etc).
    Friendly staff able to help quickly to solve immediate issues.
    Compatible with Manitoba Health billing.
    Complete EHR service - charting, billing, scheduling, online booking, patient communications, etc!

    Cons: Auto-refresh of schedule would be a nice added feature to ensure things like double booking are avoided, or that last minute additions to the schedule are seen.
    Very few cons to note! Everything has been fantastic.

    Overall: Nothing but great things to say about this product, and I will continually encourage other providers/business owners to switch to Juvonno.

    Pros: Love that it direct bills a large portion of insurance companies - saves so much time!
    Tracking patients is super easy
    Creating a system to follow up with patient who haven't book has helped our patient numbers increase!
    Fast customer service. And can reach them a number of ways
    I can go on and on!

    Cons: Price is always a factor with any software system.

    Overall: We have notice a financial increase and easy of operations since we changed our scheduling system. It has increase the flow of the clinic and provides better customer service
